Mapped the full datacenter infrastructure — from room level down to individual network links, producing directly usable data for capacity planning and incident response.
Led the deployment of a DCIM tool: gathered requirements, configured the platform, integrated it into existing workflows and presented to the team.
Contributed to integrating LoRaWAN IoT sensors for datacenter health telemetry (temperature, humidity, power consumption), strengthening proactive alerting capabilities.
Worked cross-functionally with network, operations, and facility management teams to ensure consistency between physical and logical documentation.

Conducted DT staff interviews to gather data for upcoming compliance and cybersecurity audits.
Provided user support: iPhone configuration, PC troubleshooting, workstation setup, Office 365 profile management.
Configured Cisco switches in Stack mode, deployed a full WiFi and LAN network in a new building.
Monitored vulnerability exposure across employee workstations and coordinated patch updates across 245 machines.

Audited and documented all network bay assets — fibre optic, SFP modules, PCs, servers — ensuring the inventory was accurate and up to date.
Provided IT support and helped configure new user profiles (intranet, tools, password manager setup) for onboarding employees.
